Tip of the Week

Some states or provinces have adopted the title act legislation for interior designers. The title act does not restrict the practice of interior design to a licensed interior designer. Instead, the title act prohibits the use of a title, which in some states may be “registered interior designer”, to those designers who have passed their board exam and received certification as a licensed interior designer.
