If you plan on taking your interior design licensing exam, administered by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ), you should check the current deadlines to make sure you don't miss the next exam. Now through 2008, the NCIDQ holds two deadlines for exams given in the fall and spring. To sign up for the next interior design licensing exam, you need to register approximately three months prior to the exam date. Check the NCIDQ website for current deadlines at www.ncidq.org.
